A non-refundable fee of $150 is included in the above registration fees to cover the cost of a valid CME certificate and other expenses incurred during the organization of this symposium.

Registration Fee includes:

  • Live broadcasting
  • Conferences
  • 2 lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • Certificate of Continuing Medical Education
  • Taxes if applicable (GST, PST)

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing and received by the Secretariat before the dates below:

  • On or before April 15, 2012: complete registration fees will be reimbursed minus $150 CAD for administrative charges.
  • Between April 16 and May 13, 2012- 50% of registration fees will be reimbursed to registrations over $300 CAD. For all registration fees below $300 CAD an administrative fee of $150 CAD will be retained and difference will be refunded.
  • No requests for refund will be accepted after May 13, 2012
