A non-refundable fee of $150 is included in the above registration fees to cover the cost of a valid CME certificate and other expenses incurred during the organization of this symposium.

Registration Fee includes:

  • Certificate of Continuing Medical Education
  • Taxes if applicable (GST, PST)

Gala Dinner

The dinner will take place on Friday, June 18, 2010. The ticket is $60 CAD per person.
Please note that the dinner is NOT included in the registration fees.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing and received by the Secretariat before the dates below:

  • On or before April 18, 2010: complete registration fees will be reimbursed minus $150 CAD for administrative charges.
  • Between April 19 and May 15, 2010: 50% of registration fees will be reimbursed.
  • No requests for refund will be accepted after May 15, 2010 (Gala Dinner ticket included)
